MBAM Constantly blocking access to a potentially malicious website

Randomly today my MBAM started blocking malicious websites at an alarming rate. Each website has a unique IP from the one before it. It has not seemed to affect the performance of my laptop but becomes quite annoying, quite quickly. I have tried searching with TDSKiller and with MBMA; neither program finds any infections. Here is my most recent quick scan log from MBMA:
