Multiple Issues on Laptop and Unable to run MABM

I am working with someones laptop and they are unable to connect to the internet either using wireless or hard wire. I noticed that the DHCP Client was in the "Starting" state and never went to started. I was unable to check the Event Log as I received an error when I started that as well. My first thought was to run MABM but it gives me an error when I try to install that it is corrupt. I even changed the name of the MABM exe and it still gives me the error so I am assuming I have some bad malware. I ran AVIR Antivirus which came up with nothing and am providing the hijack log here:

Please update MBAM, run a Quick Scan, and post its log.

Next, download DDS by sUBs and save it to your Desktop.
