How To Get Previous Versions Installs

Hi,

Happy New Year! I've been using the free version on XP with ZoneAlarm and McAfee for years w/o an issue. After updating to ver 1.60.0.1800 the application shows the attached error message and fails to start. The error appears even if the application is started w/o having loaded ZoneAlarm.

While the fix is released... where can I find installs for previous versions?

Please do a MBAM clean re-install by doing the following:

• Download and run the latest mbam-clean.exe.
  
• Restart your computer, please allow it to do so - VERY IMPORTANT!
  
• Disable your Anti-Virus and install the latest version of Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from here.
  
• Reactivate the PRO version of the program using the license within the boxed version or was sent via email.
  
• Launch the program and set the Protection and Registration. Then go to the UPDATE tab if not done during installation and check for updates.
  
• Restart the computer again and verify that MBAM is in the task tray if using the PRO version.
  
• Setup any process/folder/file exclusions as may be required in your Anti-Virus/Internet-Security/Firewall applications and restart your Anti-Virus/Internet-Security applications. You may use the guides posted in the FAQ's here or ask and we'll explain how to do it.
  

However, if you insist on falling back (not recommended), filehippo.com has reliable/previous versions. Please let us know how it goes.

Thank you for the instructions. Ome thing I want to clear is that I have the free version of the app, not the PRO.

I don't think MacAfee can be disabled, but I can boot in safe mode so it doesn't load.

Do you recommend the same procedure, just installing the free version as safe?

RGrant, the same steps can be followed for the FREE version, you would just skip the registration part. You can also install it in safe mode as well.
