Dear all, I think I have a spyware in my computer.

I receive a message every now and then from my anti virus saying he had deleted a file. The issue appeared after I downloaded some software from internet and that I have been sent from one website to another through Google. And it always appears twice at the same time.

I am not very good at computer but I did a full scan of my computer by my anti virus software, nothing has been found. Then I downloaded Spybot-SD and scanned again. It found 22 issues and normally solved it… But the thing appears again…

The files are always put in C:\Users\NAME\AppData\Local\69546f3e\U\

Which does not appear on my Local but still exists (as I can get in and find it empty or with the below files when the anti virus message appears on my screen).

The names of the files are:

- 800000cf.$GenericBackDoor!d2a

- 800000cb.$ZeroAccess.b

- 80000000.$ZeroAccess.b

I am a bit scared cause I have read this might be really bad for the computer and my data...

If anyone knows how to help me and get rid of it it will be great !!!

Thanks in advance !

Hi,

Sorry for delayed response. Forums have been really busy. If you still need help with this do following, please.

Download DDS and save it to your desktop from here or here or here.

Disable any script blocker, and then double click dds file to run the tool.

  • When done, DDS will open two (2) logs:
    1. DDS.txt
    2. Attach.txt

[*]Save both reports to your desktop. Post them back to your topic.
