outgoing block mutiple times outbound 208.73.210.29

About a 4 or 5 days ago some fake anti-virus (as far as I can tell) disabled my automatic windows security updates and I can't seem to turn that back on.

In addition to that now whenever I search using Google both forwards and backwards I get a Malwarebytes message that tells me it's blocking a reporting outbound to IP address 208.73.210.29 I also got a warning yesterday blocking outbound 68.169.74.34 and today blocking 88.85.61.1

Something seems bad. I tried scanning my PC using ESET and it found about 35 lines of Win32/Bagle.gen.zip Worm but that's all. I think something must have been messing around with the registry as I tried a system restore to a week ago (before all this started) but that did not help.

Is there any advice you have for me as to what I should try next? thank you
