I cleaned out what I can of it, brought back all of my hidden desktop shortcuts and the shortcuts from the Start menu. But when I go into the program list after clicking start, most to all of my programs that are in the folders are gone. When I go into "all programs" and click onto one of the folders it says "empty." I downloaded and ran DDS. You should only have one active a/v monitoring the system.Tell us if issues are resolved.
