Unable to Install 1.60.0.1800 on Win7

Anyone know why version 1.60.0.1800 will not install on Windows 7?

I keep getting;

Internal error:Failed to expand shell folder constant "useappdata"

I opened the installed version when it said the scan(?) files were older than 7 days, Do I want to update.

The scan file was updated along with a new version.

I ran it and the error message appeared.

I've run mbam-clean and rebooted several times.

I've also disabled McAfee when trying to install.

Malwarebytes has always worked until now??????

This is an operating system error. I found this information which may be helpful in resolving the issue.
