Help with HijackThis Log

Hi -

Below is the log from running HijackThis tool in my computer, I suspect there is some rootkit, my google search gets redirected to random sites and I often see a pop-up with title "Message from web page" and a message "Thank you". I would appreciate any help in getting this resolved.
