Hello,

I am trying to start malawarebaytes, but it is impossible. I managed to install it and update it correctly, but it does not start.

I tried all the recommended approaches in

http://forums.malwarebytes.org/index.php?showtopic=85715&st=0&p=445162entry445162

but none has worked for me.

Rebooting ilogs.zipn safe mode I managed to realize that when the malawarebytes process starts is inmediatelly killed by another process called werfault.exe...

I have run the dss application and attached the output logs in a zip file...

Can anyone help me to find out what is going on please?

It would be very much appreciated.

Thanks!

I managed to run malawarebytes. I am now scanning my machine.

Let´s see what is the outcome of the scan. I haven´t found anything using other softwares (avg, adaware, etc...),

but my machine is not behaving properly.

The alarm started when I tried to run malawarebytes and it didn´t start...now finally is working.

Hello,

Would you advise if you have resolved your issues or if you have sought help elsewhere?

If not resolved and you are not already seeking help elsewhere, I'd like for you to rerun a new (fresh) DDS and Copy & Paste the DDS.txt into a new reply into this Topic.

Read and follow the directions >> here << , skipping any steps you are unable to complete.

Anyone other than original-poster who has similar issues, do not reply here. Start your own topic.
