Malwarebytes won't open

Hey,

I'm using Windows XP (Symantec AntiVirus) and when I'm trying to open Malwarebytes this massage pops up:

I tried:

1. uninstall and intall again.
   
2. renaming the mbam.exe.
   
3. run Rkill.
   
4. saw this but couldn't find a removable drive.
   

What can i do?

Hi/

I too am experiencing problems with the latest update as are some other members of my computer forum: idf50

I have to all intents and purposes had a clean download and install but attempting to open the program I am faced with the same 'having to close etc' window.

I have uninstalled it, cleaned the registry, shut everything else down including disabling my anti virus, re-installed it ~ exactly the same problem.

There is unquestionably a fault on this update .
