Website blocking not working after update

This is on my netbook, running Windows 7 Starter 32 bit with MSE and Windows firewall. When I right click the icon in the systray, there is no check beside website blocking and no matter what I do, I simply cannot enable it.

It was working before I updated to 1.60.0.1800.

What do I do now? This is our travel computer, we really need this working right.

Solved by a second reboot.

I'll leave this on as a heads up in case this happens to anyone else--you might need to reboot twice after this update.
