I'm sorry didn't reply to this topic to inform you that I didn't need help anymore. I figured it had fallen out of sight. The computer that was infected didn't have much on it. I was hoping that I would be able to get a quick response to fix the issue. I had hoped to fix the problem quickly so as to get teh computer back to the user of it. When I didn't receive a response after a while I decided it would be just as easy to re-install windows and start over. Again, I thank you for the time you take to help people out.
