MB Pro Crashing PC after Updating New Verion

I did an update & after the reboot, the desktop crashed. I rebooted several times and the same problem. I have the PRO verison.

This is the same problem I am facing.

I don't have MB installed in my PC because of this & I uninstalled it from Safe Mode. I can use the previous version, but I am not fully protected.

Please give us a solution, MB Team.

Unfortunately we do not have a fix yet. The issue is due to Zone Alarm on your system and MBAM Pro

Until a fix is found you can either try another firewall or disable the protection module in MBAM Pro.

For me, the protection is enabled automatically on startup.

You can boot into Safe Mode, open Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and then go to the Protection tab. Once there, uncheck the box next to Start protection module with Windows.

Your ID and Key can be found under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, or if using a 64 bit Windows version, HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Wow6432Node\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware.

After update MBam.exe crashes.

Error Code

For the moment, going back to Malwarebytes' Anti-malware 1.51.2.1300 helped me a lot, by taking out the checkmark in the red case:

Meanwhile i saw, better is to uncheck both cases.

Nevertheless, daily definition-updates will be done.
