Applications require "RunWith" everytime

Norton AV Copr Ed 10.2 deleted/quaranteened Trojan.Gen.2, Trojan.Maljava and Trojan.swifi. Was running in a limited privs account. Deleted suspicious files in ...\"user"\local settings\... created about the same time as infection occurred. Had to run Norton in another account that had admin privs to clean infected files containing the Trojans. Couldn't run any apps in the limited "user" account as everytime a "Run With" popup would come up. I created another account to replace the old infected "user" account and installed a new version of iTunes, copied MyDocuments files from the bad user account to the new account. Reran Norton AV in the new account and no more infections. Ran MBAM and SpyHunter but they found nothing other than cookies. Then went back into old "user" account and applications now run normally.

Attached are the dds.scr ouput files as well as a hijackthis log.

Update.. Posted here to be sure that I cleaned everything on system

Is there anything else I need to check to be sure the trojan is cleaned? What would cause the one account, where the trojan occurred, to have the "Open With" dialog box pop up for every application that I click on?
