Greetings everyone, :)

I just wanted to start off by saying I having been using Malwarebytes' PRO for about 2 years now on my PC and it is the best Anti-Malware program I have ever used.

Malwarebytes' has saved my butt time and time again when working on friends computers that have been compromised by a piece of malware.

I couldn't find a place to leave feedback so I thought this would be the best place and my apologizes if I am writing this in the wrong section.

Everyone at Malwarebytes' thank you for creating such a wonderful program that plays nicely with my current Anti-virus and has such a low foot print. Everyone at Malwarebytes' rocks and please keep up the good work, you guys created a great program.

I have been and always recommend Malwarebytes' to all my friends and family.

Thanks again and have wonderful New Year. :D

Malwarebytes' notified me a few minutes ago about a new version and I installed it and everything is up and running just fine. Except two little things but they are minor.

The first thing I noticed is the Password protection doesn't ask for a password when right clicking the taskbar icon and hitting "Exit". I can turn off protection without being promoted for a password, not a biggie but it would be awesome if the password protection would stop you from disabling protection completely. :)

The second is everytime I go to the scheduler Tab the MBAMService in "Services.msc" gets reset to "Automatic (Delayed Start)", I like to have it set to "Automatic" so it starts up with the computer, a minor annoyance but I can live with it :) . This just started happening with the latest build 1.60.0.1800.

But, like I said it installed just fine and all is running well. Thanks again for all your hard work at Malwarebytes'. :D

Yep, we haven't added that functionality to the password protection yet, but we do plan to eventually (along with several other enhancements for it).

As for the Scheduler, yes, I noticed that too (and I also like my startup to be 'Automatic' instead of 'Automatic (Delayed Start)'. The behavior you're seeing is simply because when you access the Scheduler interface, it resets the service in order to make certain that the service is already started/running and set to run at startup (it resets it to default basically). It does this because MBAMService is required for scheduled updates and scans to occur.

Thank you very much for your quick replies ioni and exile360.

That would makes on the cause for it to reset back to "Automatic (Delayed Start)" thank you for that information.

Thanks for the exciting news, I will definitely be looking forward to the complete password protection in a future update. :D

Thanks again for your quick responses and your time, take care. :)
