Pup.Bitminer won't go away; Firewalls won't work

Hi there-- I'm new to Malwarebytes forums. I've read through other posts and am hoping for some help. I'm a little nervous though since I'm not at all a technical person.

Like others, about two weeks ago, I got hit with the 2012 Security . virus. I used MBAM and got rid of a number of items. Then, running it a few days later, I find the pup.bitminer, which I got rid of. Only it didn't go away. Every time I run MBAM, the same item comes up.

And it is getting worse. I'm getting redirected whenever I use Firefox or Chrome (I don't use IE). The McAfee firewall shuts off as soon as I turn it on, though it still says that my computer is protected. I can't do a McAfee scan either. I tried to turn the Windows Firewall on, but I get an error that says "Windows Firewall can't change some of your settings. Error code 0x80070424.

I've pasted the DDS log below and hope that I haven't messed anything else up as I've been trying to figure this out!
