Thanks for the suggestion, but we already have a dedicated research staff who actively maintains our IP block list. We can't just blindly add any third party block lists to our database as they would need to be verified by our own research staff.

Also keep in mind that we block IP's, not domain names/URL's, meaning that any IP that we block must not only contain malicious content, but it also must host more malicious content than safe content. In other words, if there is an IP that hosts one domain that has infections, but hosts 20 other domains that are completely safe, then we would not block that IP address since most of the content on that IP is safe.
