Error when Updating Malewarebytes

I'have 2nd time a problem with the update.

I get error "Program_Error_Updating (5,0,Create File)

After first error, i take a new install an then is was fine. After a few day's i get the same error Message.

What can i do?

I have the same error. I justdid a clean install of windows 7. I downloaded the latest beta. It will not update. I havenot even installed an antivirus yet so it's not that. What is wrong? I even removed it using add/remove and then used your tool to get rid of the remnants and installed another fresh copy and same results. What is wrong? Thanks.

working now..Read on the Beta forum it was on your end.

yes, i've done the same. Make all points from the description with the av program. After reboot the error is back. also when i disable the Microsoft Essentials i cant update because this error. My operating System ist Win7 64bit.

Please Help
