SunshineDoe Posted December 23, 2011 ID:508354 Share Posted December 23, 2011 I apologize if this is in the wrong segment, but I am having trouble opening the program.A few days ago I was having a real problem clearing out a trojan and a few other computer issues, and had performed a system restore. Since then, I have run MBAM and it had scanned fine. However, now I am unable to open the program.Up pops a box (picture attached) saying to contact support with the following code: PROGRAM_ERROR_LOAD_DATABASE (0,13, CreateSKD).What should I do? If you continue to have this problem, then you might consider trying our new beta version available here.
