XP Infected...Help Please!

Hello, I'm new here so I don't really know what to do! My XP got infected while working on a project and now it is slowing down my project dramatically! I really could use someone's help please! I used Hijackthis and this is what i got, but I have no idea what to do!

If not resolved and you are not already seeking help elsewhere, I'd like for you to rerun a new DDS and Copy & Paste the DDS.txt into a new reply.
