just downloaded and installed Malwarebytes since I heard good things

the problem is when ever an infection is found and I say remove my pc restarts right away.

frankly it is quite annoying I have had this happen to me 2 times

I want to know if this is natural or not because there is no mention online or in the settings of Malwarebytes

I had this happen right after my first scan with Malwarebytes and it did find infected files and I removed them,

I had to system restore for an unrelated incident and again I installed Malwarebytes and ran a scan and the same thing happend again after I removed infected files.

note: some deleted files were also restored during the system restore and they were the infected files found the first time.

forgot to mention that there is no restart now/restart later option like other anti-malware and I run avg 2012 which does provide such option if there is a need to restart

When you perform a removal, Malwarebytes Anti-Malware will often prompt you to restart your computer to which you may answer "No" if you don't want to reboot yet. A normal scan does not reboot the computer during removal without prompting you but there are infections that will force a restart when anything tries to remove them, so this is likely what you have seen (they do this to try and prevent themselves from being removed and it can also happen because removing the infection causes a Windows system crash, thus the restart).
