Malwarebytes cannot detect Security Defender virus

My other PC has the "Security Defender" virus on it, I used Malwarebytes to remove the infection. However, every time the computer restarts the Security Defender window just pops again. I searched for known files associated with it, removed all of those, and now Malwarebytes cannot find any malware, but Security Defender still pops up every time I turn my PC on. Anyone know what I can do about this?

Save it to your desktop.

Double click on the icon on your desktop.

Click the Scan All Users checkbox.

Push the Quick Scan button.

Two reports will open, copy and paste them in a reply here: (or attach them as .txt files)

OTL.txt <-- Will be opened

Extra.txt <-- Will be minimized
