Malwarebytes Pro didn't stop Win 7 Security 2012

I thought by getting Malwarebytes Pro and running it tandem with my other antivirus, I would be able to keep my computer from being infected by Win 7 Security 2012, but I just got reinfected and I'm going through the cleanup process again.

I suspect that I keep getting it from deviantart.com, so the best solution would be to not go on that site. That said, I would like to continue going to deviantart.com since I have quite a bit of work there. Any solutions?
