Weston Posted December 17, 2011 ID:505976 Share Posted December 17, 2011 I posted my original problem under the title BNK.Win32.Keylogger.genI was now able to do a Malwarebytes QuickScan and Remove 11 infected files.After rebooting, I find that my applications all have to start from "Open With".I can't reinstall Windows Security Essentials or Firefox. They download, I double-click, I'm asked, "Do you want to run this?" C://Documents and Settings/Owner/MyDocumentsAnd when I click Run, it says the Application is not found.Shouldn't the Install be going into Program Files?Please help.
