Repeat malware with different type of attack

Hi All - My computer is running super slow and it seems like I continually get different malware/trojans/viruses even after I remove the malware. Below I've attached the logs from my latest malware and hijack this runs. Any help/advise you can give would be most appreciated. -Thanks!
