Virus problems

Ok, so I got infected with the windows 7 2012 malware (I couldn't even use the internet), and tried fixing it.

I used FixNCR, iExplore.exe (rkill), and finally malwarebytes. The full scan, however, never completes - The computer restarts each time partway through (the quick scan worked ok).

So, I ran dds.scr and am posting the results here. I am a bit of a computer noob, but just looking at the names it seems there is a large amount of malware. So help would be much appreciated!
