Honestly I hadn't tried the tool myself, I just saw the guys from the support system telling us to use it in these cases. Perhaps you have malware . You might be able to use a tool like TCPView to get the address of the server MBAM's contacting and then let GT500, Temerc or one of the other support guys know.
