The problem on your system is likely related to our IP blocker. Please review the info in Section G of our FAQ. What you will need to do is right-click on your Malwarebytes Anti-Malware tray icon and use the Add to Ignore List menu to have Malwarebytes allow the IP that was blocked when Skype tried connecting to it.
