LESK51 Posted January 21, 2009 ID:49633 Share Posted January 21, 2009 I booted up on Hp ZD7000 with the malwarebytes loaded in my system. Once it booted I got this message on my monitor that Bug Splat found a problem and asks if I wanted to send them a message . I tried opening malwarebytes and it wouldn't load. Any suggestions? Dakeyras Posted January 21, 2009 ID:49685 Share Posted January 21, 2009 Hi According to the Bug Splat Product Overview it does not appear to cover much at all in the way of software applications but rather somewhat generic with the vane hope a application has been developed using something they claim to provide support for. I have heard of this application before but nothing favorable however and the possibility of software/system conflicts like you have experienced are quite high.Saying that you have two choices:Either inform them as prompted.Or uninstall the application(this I would do personally) and you may need to re-install MBAM also.Did you receive a error message when you tried to load MBAM ? and if so which one please ? LESK51 Posted February 1, 2009 Author ID:52443 Share Posted February 1, 2009 I did reinstall MBAM and it still didn't work. I used CC Cleaner and ADAWARE which resolved the problem until yesterday. I used CC Cleaner and ADAWARE and it has removed it again. Hopefully it will stay gone
