Bug Splat

Recommended Posts

I booted up on Hp ZD7000 with the malwarebytes loaded in my system. Once it booted I got this message on my monitor that Bug Splat found a problem and asks if I wanted to send them a message . I tried opening malwarebytes and it wouldn't load. Any suggestions?

Hi ;)

According to the Bug Splat Product Overview it does not appear to cover much at all in the way of software applications but rather somewhat generic with the vane hope a application has been developed using something they claim to provide support for.

I have heard of this application before but nothing favorable however and the possibility of software/system conflicts like you have experienced are quite high.

Saying that you have two choices:

  • Either inform them as prompted.
  • Or uninstall the application(this I would do personally) and you may need to re-install MBAM also.

Did you receive a error message when you tried to load MBAM ? and if so which one please ?
