I have never had this happen before but every once in a while I will HEAR a commercial on my computer speakers. I ran MalwareBytes and it said if fixed problems but this is still happening. There is no IExplorer loaded but when I go to task manager I see IExplorer loaded in Processes tab?? I stopped/closed it and the commercial stops. I have a cough and the commercial is about cough medicine...wow! spooky Here is my hijackthis.log

Thank you so much for replying to me!! However, I use Verizon for my Internet connection and they supply McAfee as part of the service. I called and complained to them and they put me through to McAfee who in turn cleaned the virus for me. However, I am still have "Search This" hijacking of my searches. Does that appear in my HiJackThis.log?
