Desk top folders have disapeared and contents

Well there I was trying to move the folders around on the desk top when next thing I noticed they had all turned to short cuts. When i clicked on a short cut there was no folder to be found, when there was a folder about left it had only some sort of green script in it.

After consideration I finally figured that perhaps there might be a virus on my computer. After the folders disapeared I ran a system restore, looked like everything was back to normal but no, the folders were empty and God knows what else was missing of the desktop.

I have mad another mistake, I ran a clean up programme, do not know what I was thinking, I have lost a lot work, paid for scripts, images years of stuff passwords etc, I do not even know.

So here I am.

I have bought Malware bytes previously not to long ago, ran it, it found no fault, plus I ran spybot search and destroy, but nothing.

There is one thing however malware bytes often tells me like every day that it has blocked access to a potentailly malicious web site port xxxxxx every now and again.

Next, run DDS again and post DDS.txt directly in your reply.
