Ping.exe issue

Recommended Posts

like some others here, my daughters laptop has been infected with the ping.exe virus. I did a full scan of MWB and there was one infected file. I will post the log below. I have also tried to download the DDS file but both her laptop and my computer (not infected as far as I know) will take me to the download page. All that happens id=s I get a new blank tab in Google chrome.

Help would be appreciated.
