I have recommended this application to several of my friends who some are not computer savy, I want to know if there is a simple batch file that might have been created for this software so that the user can just run the batch file, and the batch file will update (even though pro does this already) but also scan the user's system and remove all the malware that is found in one easy step.

Sorry, but that function is only available in the design of the Pro Version -

The free version has been designed to be an "On call" manual scanner / updater only.

The PRO version has several command line options that can be used to automate this process, so if your friends have purchased a license, then you can use the command line syntax (detailed in the Help file included with the program and accessible via the START menu) to create a batch file that accomplishes what you wish (it can even automatically reboot the system to complete the removal process once threats are removed).

You can even set it up to update, then scan, remove any threats detected automatically and reboot the system via the Scheduler built into the PRO version.
