Manual Updates

Hello,

I'm running MB on a standalone server that is not connected to the internet. I connect usb drives to it and still want the server to be safe. I've installed MB on the server and would like to be able to manually update the Database. How can I do that?

Hello willcgage and welcome to the Malwarebytes' forums.

If you want to update the Malwarebytes database without using the internet, you can download an offline update from the website below. It will always be a few days behind the online updates, but it should be sufficient enough to remove any malware. Once downloaded you can transfer the executable to the computer without internet access via flash drive or CD and run it.

Just to add to what Michael said, if you are one of our Corporate license holders then you may contact corporate-support@malwarebytes.org and request info on rolling out offline upates, as we do have a far better option exclusive to our Corporate customers .
