This should work for you.

We have a batch file that will do exactly as you have asked. It will delete the rules.ref file and then force an update to replace the file. Please download the attached file to your desktop and then unzip it to run. Make sure to run the file as Administrator by right clicking the file and selecting "Run as Administrator" if using Vista or Windows 7.

This should take care of the issue.
