These are simply settings changes that Malwarebytes Anti-Malware detects since infections will sometimes disable access to these items (PUM means Potentially Unwanted Modification). Since you know that you set them that way and wish to keep them that way, you may simply use the Ignore function at the end of a scan to add them to your Ignore List and Malwarebytes will no longer detect those two items.
