XP home security 2012, MB not helping

I have acquired a virus called XP home security 2012. Usually I'm quite good at getting rid of these unfortunate buggers, but after running a couple full scans with malwarebytes it is still there and I am at a loss as to what I should do now. Please help, the school semester is nearing finals time and this is a terrible place to be.

Also, my internet isn't working in regular or safe mode, so that makes it difficult to download anything.
