mbam.exe launches XP Security 2012

That link is very helpful, although not without some implementation issues because I have multiple user accounts (admin and non-admin). It appears that my XP Security 2012 problem may be over, but the fix left some of my apps unable to launch. For example, clicking on the shortcut or the exe file for thunderbird has no effect. Any suggestions there? Thanks again.

Please download exeHelper (http://www.raktor.net/exeHelper/exeHelper.com) to your desktop.

Double-click on exeHelper.com to run the fix.

A black window should pop up, press any key to close once the fix is completed.

Post the contents of log.txt (Will be created in the directory where you ran exeHelper.com)

Note: If the window shows a message that says "Error deleting file", please re-run the program before posting a log - and post the two logs together (they will both be in the one file).
