My sister's computer somehow acquired this cloud AV 2012 rogue malware. I installed your free malware remover and it said it found a few trojan, malware and viruses. after that it logged it and restarted the computer but when it restarted the malware was still there. So I purchased the PRO version and tried that but nothing. the software also says that the database is 86 days old. I wanted to update it but the malware is preventing the computer from accessing the internet even in safe mode! I was wondering is there a way I can download the latest database onto a flash drive from a different computer and install it that way? also, can anyone help me get rid of this AV malware? Also, it prevents me from opening most programs including command prompt and even task manager! This link has a good explanation about this virus. i've tried whats here and nothing has worked so far. http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/virus-removal/remove-cloud-av-2012

my sister is a teacher and really needs her computer ASAP! Please help me!
