Can you please provide some additional info so that we may better assist you?

  • ** What Windows OS (XP, Vista, 7)?
  • ** What Service Pack?
  • ** What version of MBAM (current is 1.51.2.1300)?
  • ** What database version (current is 8238)?
  • ** What brand and version of anti-virus, anti-malware and/or firewall software do you have?
  • ** Do you use a router to connect to the internet?
  • ** Are you showing any signs of infection (popups, browser redirects, crashes, slowdowns, trouble updating other programs)?
  • ** What is the complete error message you are getting?
  • ** When you tried to reinstall, did you do a clean reinstall, preceded by first running mbam-clean.exe?
