virus blocking internet access

I had a couple viruses on my other laptop, AV Security 2011 on Friday, then Privacy Protector on Sunday. I thought I had dealt with them, then lost connectivity with that Dell laptop and this Acer netbook. Since both computers had lost internet access I thought I may have a problem with my satellite provider. I have had a bad modem before. I worked with their helpdesk, then a third-party helpdesk provider, who could not solve the problem either. I then started looking at posts about viruses blocking internet access with my phone and found this site.

I ran devmgmt.msc per advice from some website (I've seen a lot now, can't remember which) and found a couple hidden devices under non-plug-n-play drivers that were not working. I disabled them and have been able to get connected intermittently long enough to download your dds.scr and run it. I have previously run malwarebytes and tdsskiller on both computers. I don't believe they found anything on this one, but several on the Dell which was the one originally infected. I am still unable to get connectivity on it. Your pinned instructions said to attach both attach.txt and dds.txt. I also have logs from Hijack This if they can be of use. I may be posting logs from the Dell computer later after I get them transferred there. Thanks for any help you can provide.

In the future, please post all logs directly into your reply instead of attaching them unless otherwise indicated. With that said, please update MBAM, run a Quick Scan, and post its log.

Next, run DDS again and post DDS.txt directly in your reply.
