Malwarebytes and Trojan.Agent

I have had a few problems with my PC and malware. Thankfully, Malwarebytes has managed to remove nearly all of them, and for this I am entirely grateful. However, I keep scanning with Malwarebytes and the report keeps showing 2 infected objects, both Trojan.Agent. After clicking on Remove the report indicates that the infection has been successfully removed, but the exact same two Trojan. Agents are still there after a further scan. My Malwarebytes (Free Version) is currently up to date, nevertheless, it can't seem to get rid of the problem.

If any member could advise me as to how I can get rid of these files I would be entirely grateful.
