I see the process btdna.exe listed. It's a component of Bittorrent which is most likely the source of the IP blocks as peer-to-peer software such as Bittorrent clients often connect to a very wide range of IP addresses (both incoming and outgoing), many of which may be blacklisted by Malwarebytes Anti-Malware. To test this, you can disable your Bittorrent client and see if the IP blocks continue.
