Help ~ Blocked potentially malicious website

Yesterday night I got a virus that was pretending to be a virus scan and I was able to remove it easily enough, but ever since I've been periodically hit by something called Usinec.A that Microsoft Security Essentials catches and removes. Every time I do a virus search since both Malwarebytes and MSE find a few viruses/Trojans each. Just now I turned on the automatic protection trial and it has been blocking random IP addresses like crazy. The bubble says, "Successfully blocked access to a potentially malicious website: [various IP addresses] Type: Outgoing." I keep getting these warnings even when I disconnect from the internet.

Any help would be appreciated.

However, I think I have resolved the problems with my computer and am not currently experiencing any. If you think I should still follow the instructions you posted in order to make sure the problem is truly gone I can do so. Otherwise, feel free to use your time helping others with more pressing issues.
