  1. It seems since Endpoint Protection has been installed, I am unable to install the latest version of Reckon Accounts. New financial year, updated Tax Tables etc. Does anyone have any idea what to do. I have run as administrator but all the research I do says that it's the anti-malware program not allowing the process. How can I disable it during the install? Any guidance would be appreciated
  2. Please bear with me. I'm not too smart. I got a pop-up when I turned on my computer that there was a new version available, and do want to install it? I clicked yeah ok, but got antsy about it being a possible fake. So I stopped installation and thought I'd actually go to the site and download it from there. Briefly something said it was rolling back or something like that. But the damn thing is GONE from my pc. No trace of it anywhere. Yeah alright I f*cked up. Like I said I'm not too smart. So how do I get it back? I can't afford to buy it all over again because I'm a senior citizen
  3. Malwarebytes has magically started blocking all traffic to our domains. We have customer complaining that our site is malicious, however, a scan with any other vulnerability tool shows no issues. Please fix ASAP as this is affecting our business operation. Why does Malwarebytes not do an automated lookup of the domain owner (it's public info) and send an automated e-mail to let them know that their domain/site has been blocked? Ridiculous.
  4. So I have had malwarebytes anti-malware for two years and there has been no problem. However, today i turned on my computer and it says my license has expired. When i click on renew, I get the following message You're all set!You will be auto-renewed at the yearly date of your original purchase. To view your purchase details, click here. My credit card has also been charged but I still have the LIcense Expired pop-up. Please advise. Thanks!
