  1. I need immediate help! ok, my auto renewal is coming up in 7 days ! I had a update that kept bugging me to be installed for about 3 weeks. I ignored it because the last one was trouble too! so, after making sure my auto renewal was ready.. I gave in and installed the update. All that censoreding did was turn off my malwarebytes and my windows defender ! I am sick and tired of every censoreding time i install an update or renew something I have to trouble shoot crap with no phone customer support! someone help me solve this immediately! I censoreding hate technology. Its so damn frustrating! help me ! help me! I cant access my account! I have an update/auto renewal coming up in 7 days! help me! why dont you have any damn phone customer service? its like i have to pay you while i do the work. as you see in my screenshot, its in my start menu but i cant access anything

Hi everyone, I'm a newcomer in this forum so let me use two lines to introduce myself: I'm an italian student in Computer Engineering (Master's degree) and I'm about to finally complete my university experience and to start creating a real and challenging career in Computer Security. I'm here to ask for your advice. I'm seeking for a Anti-malware / Cybersecurity company which offers internship positions where I could have a hands-on experience valid for my final thesis project. My mind was completely set on Malwarebytes and I'd love to have a chance to prove myself worthy of this great family! Unfortunately, through Malwarebytes' career page I couldn't find any Internship offer for Master's students and therefore, here's my question: do you know if this company calls for Internship experiences for students like me or the only way to get in touch with it is through stardard job applications?   3. Hello Malwarebytes-community! My name is Danique and I have a problem regarding the usage and (un-)installation of Malwarebytes Anti-Malware. I will describe it as clear as possible. Two days ago, I started my computer, having in mind scanning it after it booted. After the pc was booted completely, I double-clicked the .exe file on my desktop. "The program this icon is referring to doesn't exist anymore. Do you want to delete it?" showed up on my screen. Strange, but okay, it's happened more in the past, so I decided to check if the program was still installed. It was stated as so, but I couldn't launch it... I double checked everything and since it was clear for me that it was just another little failure of my pc, I wanted to delete everything regarding Malwarebytes to install the newest version after. But when I launched the installation, I received an error (see first attachment "help1.jpg") (it is Dutch, translation to English: 'Setup can't create the folder "C:\ProgramData\Malwarebytes\Malwarebytes Anti-Malware". Error 5: Access denied.'). Update 04-23-2014, 14:44: tried to install another virusscanner, without success (see second attachment "help2.jpg"). Update 04-23-2014, 14:52: tried to install another kind of software, Gimp, that too without succes (see third attachment "help3.jpg"). I am looking forward to a reply, thank you in advance for that!
