Hi guys, Brand new laptop here, Windows 10 Pro, got a BSOD with no specific Stop Code error message - computer reset and ever since I cannot activate real-time protection. Every time I click the 'enable' button, it says starting, but then goes straight back off. I've tried using the newest Beta build to no avail. Please find my logs attached. mb-check-results.zip
Hi I'm using the premium version and the version is 220.127.116.113 Real-time protection turned off by itself and won't turn on. It shows "starting" but can't finish the process. I have scanned my computer for rootkits with Malwarebytes Anti-rootkit and it didn't find anything I have also uninstalled Malwarebytes and reinstalled it (used MBAM Clean Removal Process 2x as well) How can we fix this issue?
I and at least 6 of my clients, all of whom are using Malwarebytes Premium 3.0 version 18.104.22.1689 are experiencing repeated instances of the Exploit Protection not turning on, no matter how many reboots I / we / they do. This coming on the heels of the recent glitch that caused Word 2016 to lock-up and crash is really testing their (and my) patience. I personally made sure that they were all updated to the latest version, since this is usually the cause of such problems but that has not helped. The fact that all of us are experiencing this phenomena at the exact same time tells me it's not
