  1. Back in 2018, I've noticed that new folders were created inside my %APPDATA%\Local folder. Those folders are called "dwobcer", "ninorah", and "svsmopg". Today, I looked online to see if I could get rid of those folders. People recommended Process Explorer and eventually I found that an .exe was inside the ninorah folder called ninorah.exe. Even after that, I found even more processes running that were viruses/trojan/etc? I again looked online and after trying probably EVERYTHING (taskkill, etc) to remove the malware/trojan/etc? I finally found out I could use Safe Mode to remove them. After trying to get into safe mode, it doesn't even show the advanced startup option screen. But after trying to get into safe mode twice, malwarebytes finally detected suspious network activity (every minute). Below are screenshots of those suspious files. So, my question is... How do I get rid of these files and programs (I'm on Windows 8.1 (also cant update windows because it's broke))? I don't really want to buy a computer because I'm not working during the pandemic.
  2. Whereas I have already successfully installed Windows on my computer, so I insert the USB without pressing anything do I don't go to any setup of the windows and while I wait for seconds I get the windows working normally and fine! When I login my computer I remove the USB and nothing is special as my windows runs properly when I remove USB only after I insert it and want for login the computer and then remove it! Please help because I need the perceive for other purpose and it's weird to insert USB Everytime! Thanks,

  6. I have done a LOT to remove these files from my computer but they continue to stay on my C drive. I am currently running HouseCall program to scan my computer and it has found 2 threats at 54% scan. At first, the programs forcibly ran in the background and it controlled all my web browsers and did annoying ad pop ups that not even AdblockerPro web extension could stop. Then I research into it more and it says it can be a Trojan???? What in the world! I have learned that you cannot delete a program that is running from the task manager, but these programs are not running anymore. I do not know if I should attempt to delete these now or not. Malwarebytes was then installed shortly after I found that out, and it found 4 instances of Trojan.dnschanger in my registry data. It would "remove them" and then reboot, then when I scan again with MBAM it would find the same 4 files. I am staring at these files in my file explorer (them being cozahost.exe, coza32host.exe, coza64host.exe, and zoomify DLL files) and I do not know if I should just remove them right now or wait for HouseCall to finish.

  8. Windows 8.1 64 bits Hi, I have 2 questions: 1) For a pc with 3 users (admisnistrator + 1 standard + 1 guest), The scanners need only be launched from the administrator or also from each of the 3 users? 2) after the migration to Windows 8.1 I had problems with some anti-virus (not run at the same time, obviously) Are the free versions of malwarebytes already adapted toa pc with Windows 8.1 64 bites with 3 users? Many thanks
