  1. Hello, i have an issue but dont know how to fix it, Microsoft Community experts told me to try to ask here if it could be a malware or anything so thats why im asking. When I start my PC there is a Lenovo logo on startup, the logo stands there and does nothing (there should be a spinning wheel under it but there is none) it takes like 5 minutes and the wheel appears, after that the pc lets me go log in and is fast again, so that's the only weird issue that happened. It's sometimes faster sometimes slower, I have bootlog right here so you can check it out: https://1drv.ms/u/s!AtXvt0COWcj4ihKVw_JuTCxS_w8p?e=PoPoiX Looked into it but i dont know that much about startup stuff, so i didn't see anything weird in there. Thanks (PS: did a full virus scan in windows defender, Eset, malwarbytes and adwcleaner, did an offline scan too, nothing found, SFC scan found nothing too, scanned with CCleaner found nothing.) (PS before this started happening I downloaded the KB4023057 update I dont know if it's because of the update but could be.)
  2. My son's Scout Troop uses a web service called Troopmaster to track all their activities, achievements, training, etc. To integrate with the National Scouting website that tracks specific training, a user must run a Web 2.0 Training Import Utility program (Available here: https://troopmaster.com/downloads/) to grab the data from the my.scouting.org website to import in tot he Troopmaster website. However, I am unable to get the import utility to run correctly, and the technician seems to think either my A/V program (McAfee through Centurylink) or anti-Malware program (Malwarebytes Premium) is blocking the connection from the utility. I am unable to fully stop either program from running, and can't validate if one or the other is the problem. Has anyone worked through this issue before, or can help? I am running Win 10 Pro 64 bit.
  3. A few hours ago for no apparent reason my laptop began moving slowly. In particular downloading and opening downloads takes a very long time. I have run my Malwarebytes Premium Antivirus, Adwcleaner, Microsoft MSERT Security check but to no avail. Could you kindly investigate this? My laptop is an Inspiron 5570 I am using Windows 10 and Chrome Browser. Thank you
  4. Hi, I have problems with compatibility between Malwarebytes 4 version and the new Kaspersky 2020 version. The problems are most all of bugs, crashes and freezing softwares. Interent browser and others. I made a Malwarebytes Support Tool and FRST scan, and attached here the results. Have nice Day. mbst-grab-results.zip
  5. hi Malwarebytes AdwCleaner finds "PUP.Winlogon.Heuristic". What is this? It looks like a deep only by Windows owned thing in the Registy key "Winlogon|Userinit": A feature, not a threat? Here i find no explanations: https://blog.malwarebytes.com/detections/ More information of the scan results by AdwCleaner would be fine. System : Windows 10 x64, Panda Antivirus,
  6. Something happened with MBAM today... I've got 32 GB of RAM and suddenly a massive amount of it is being used. Web-Protection never starts.
